| 2. | You can change the email account associated with your online account via the log-in page. Once you logged in and the welcome page appears, please select "profile" from the left side menu and adjust the details as required. |

| 4. | When you go to the login page, it will give you the option to ask for a new password. It will be e-mailed to you to the e-mail address we have on record for you. Unfortunately replacement passwords cannot be issued by our staff, only by the automated system, for security reasons. |
