Entelliz is a professional management consultancy that specialises in practical management support for small companies, traders and start-ups.  A basic access to the site and its news services and User Forum are free, while paid membership accounts receive access to the online Business Intelligence and the personal Business Coaching and Consulting services.
2. Entelliz uses many official communities and professional service providers to:
   -  Enrich the Knowledge Library and help users
   -  Announce important events, features, and site changes
   -  Improve its awareness of new technology and business products and trends
Some of these communities have open membership so anyone can join.  Others require commercial memberships or licensing agreements, which Entelliz acquires on behalf of its clients.

Entelliz Limited was created in 2002, originally under the name JEZZ Remedies Ltd.  The vision of the venture was (and is) to create a professional quality while money and time-saving management support service that can bring relevant technologies and business science knowledge to small businesses and start-ups. 

The service is based on a novel functional business assessment method that was developed by Dr Aniko Zagon, the founder.  Following 5 years of testing and perfecting the method, the company was re-launched as Entelliz Limited in 2008 with a new, online service offering in addition to coaching and consulting.

7. All information provide on the Entelliz site or view online or personal advisory, coaching and consulting services is only for your own personal use or use in your company.  You cannot in any form or in any way re-sell or re-distribute any information you obtained from the site or our staff. 

You may however, copy, download, save or print any information, news, templates and articles from the site for the above purposes.

Business Intelligence is a multi-billion pound global industry, that provides information for businesses to help them with all sorts of strategic business functions from sales and marketing  to strategic planning and others.  Entelliz is one of such providers, specialising to meet the needs of small businesses and start-ups.

Service Request is the core element of the Practical Business Advice Online service.  It enables registered members to submit a specific request for business advice, upload files and set preferred deadline and format for the reply that Entelliz prepares.  The forms are managed via high security servers and transmitted in encrypted form to ensure the safety and security of the information exchanged.

Entelliz provides guidance and advice based on the information you provide.  Entelliz specialise in resource investigation and works only with respected professional data providers and services.  It will use good business practices and professional tools to evaluate and analyse the information provided by you for the purpose of identifying potential areas of probem and recommend courses of action to reduce related risk.  It however cannot guarantee a successful outcome of action taken on its advice unless it is directly involved in the implementation process.
11. Entelliz considers confidentiality of key importance and it will issue you a non-disclosure agreement on request (click here to view it).  Entelliz is also registered with the Information Commissioner as secure data controller for business consultancy services.

The security of your data is a priority and to protect it Entelliz uses SSL Certificates for transmission of all service requests and related data. This is the same level of encryption that banks and financial institutions use.  In addition, your account is protected by a password that no-one else, including our staff, can access.

The advice and guidance Business Intelligence offers are simple but fundamental for making the owners and managers of small business feel confident and make competent business decisions.  Entelliz prides itself on providing top quality services and measures its success by the number of customers who choose to work with it and remain loyal members.

In business, time is king and thus finding the information when you need it is very important in business.   While Business Intelligence does not work 24/7, e.g. you will not receive a reply in the middle of the night, it allows you to submit the question immediately at any time of the day, so that you can return to work without the burden of remembering to deal with the problem when the "office opens"

1. Practical Business Advice Online: You can create an account online and access it instantly.  Click here

Management Coaching:  To discuss the depth and range of service, please contact us.  Once we have agreed with you on the terms, you can create and manage your account online.

Business Conculting:  You can create an account as described for Business Coaching.
2. You can change the email account associated with your online account via the log-in page.  Once you logged in and the welcome page appears, please select "profile" from the left side menu and adjust the details as required.
3. You can change your user name online, via the log-in page.  Once you logged in and the welcome page appears, please select "profile" from the left side menu and adjust the details as required.
4. When you go to the log-in page, it will give you the option to ask for a new password.  It will be e-mailed to you to the e-mail address we have on record for you.  Unfortunately replacement passwords cannot be issued by our staff, only by the automated system, for security reasons. 

If you are unsure about the e-mail address, please call us to register a new/alternative e-mail address, where the system can re-send the new password to.
5. Practical Business Advice Online:  You can upgrade your account from Start-up to Market to Valet service at any time.  To do so, please call or e-mail us.  To change the duration of your contract, please use the options provided on the Registration page.

Management Coaching / Business Conculting:  Please discuss any changes you may wish to do directly with the consultant you are working with.
6. Practical Business Advice Online:  Your account buys you unlimited access to the Knowledge Library and for a set quote of the service requests.  If you have not yet exhausted your service quota but would like to cancel your account, you may do so at any time and receive a refund.  The refund will be proportional to the unused part of the service quota you paid for, but the cost of the services you used will be re-calculated at the price you would have paid had you bought the nearest, shorter contract.  The difference between the re-calculated cost and the money you paid originally will be your refund.

7. When your paid account expires or when you cancel it, you will no longer have access to any service requests or the Knowledge Library.  You may continue to use the news service, weekly recommendations and the open User Forum.

Your details will be kept on file for a few months after its expiry date, so if you decide to re-activate your account you can do it for a limited time, by simply going to "Register", and sign-in with your existing details.  If that no longer works, you need to create a new account to re-join the service.
