Entelliz Limited is a creator and provider of business support services and permits users access to selected, licensed and original content through means including but not limited to membership based subscription.
Your membership
1)Subscription
To subscribe to or use Entelliz Intelligence services, you will need to complete the on-line registration or service request form, respectively. We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Receipt of your credit/debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon despatch of services or content or upon receipt of our confirmation email in respect of your Entelliz subscription or use of services. After submitting the subscription form and paying your membership fee on this site, and upon a validation of those details, you will be able to use your choice immediately . We will also email you a confirmation notice of your subscription details for your reference. Subscriptions may only be taken out by parties who, if persons, are aged 18 or over and can form legally binding contracts under English law. Subscriptions are not transferable without the explicit written permission of Entelliz Limited.
2) Membership rights
Membership entitles you to a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Entelliz Intelligence Services and to download, copy, print or save content from its Knowledge Library for use by you or by your company(s). You howvever shall not sell, transfer, sub-licence, assign, lease, or distribute the information acquired in any manner and you shall not exploit it commercially. You are also granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to create a hyperlink to the Entelliz, Entelliz Intelligence and Entelliz Coaching home pages so long as the link does not portray us, our content providers, our affiliates, or our products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise offensive manner. You may not use any Entelliz Limited logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without our express written permission of Entelliz Limited.
3) Charges
Prices of all Entelliz Limited services are in £ sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices are expressed exclusive of Value Added Tax ("VAT"). When VAT is charged, is clearly specified prior to you completing the purchase. The monthly subscription fee is payable monthly in advance. Online payment processing of the subscription fee is performed via secure payment providers. All purchases made are subject to authorisation by the issuing card authority. We take all possible precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Unless we are negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order. 4) Changes to Your Subscription
The Terms and Conditions will undergo regular review and may be modified at any time at the discretion of Entelliz Limited. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms as they are made available. Your continued use of the Service after such notice will constitute acceptance of any variations to the Terms.
5) Termination Of Your Subscription
You may terminate your subscription at any time and your membership will be terminated at the end of the pre-paid period. Refund for unused services after cancellation of pre-paid subscription will be considered on a case by case basis and at Entelliz's discretion. We will however try to provide refund at every time we consider it possible. Contact Us to request termination of your subscription.
6) Refund Policy
You are entitled for full refund of your subscription and immediate cancellation of your account, if at ay time after you received the confirmation that your payment was accepted, you are unable to login to the Members Area for use Entelliz Intelligence services for a period of 48 hours or longer. If within 48 hours of your first login, you find services or content that you have received from Entelliz Limited unsatisfactory, you can request refund of your full subscription fee in writing (email or mail). We will ask you to make a reasonable effort to provide an explanation for your decision. You are also entitled for full refund of your subscription and immediate cancellation of your account for a period of 14 days after first joining Entelliz Intelligence, if you have changed your mind and have not used up more than 1 service credit. We will ask you to make a reasonable effort to provide an explanation for your decision.
Customer Complaints
Entelliz Limited takes customer services extremely seriously and endeavours to react and respond to all customer complaints raised against its actions and services within 5 working days, in writing. Complaintw regarding teh quality of the service will in all cases be investigated with due care and professionalism and its result will be shared with clinet within 14 days. If work submitted by an Entelliz Advisor is found to be sub-standard refund will be provided.
Our Conditions of Supply
Entelliz Limited has the right to change or discontinue any feature of the website including content, hours of availability and equipment required for access. Entelliz Limited will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that facilities on its website are available at all times and that the content provided by it is true, accurate and error free at the time of publication. Entelliz Limited however does not accept any responsibility for "down-time" or poor performance of Entelliz filservers or where any Entelliz services are unavailable for any other reason, whether within or outside the direct control of Entelliz Limited. Your breach of this paragraph may result in immediate termination of your Entelliz Membership and may also subject you to criminal or civil liability.

(ii) log into a server or account which you are not authorised to access; or
(iii) attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation. We reserve the right to investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who have participated in such violations.
You agree that it is your responsibility to install anti-virus software and related protections against viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, destroy, disrupt or otherwise impair a computer's functionality or operation which may be transferred to your computer via the Audible Service.
Furthermore, you are responsible for protecting against unauthorised use of your credit card and agree to accept all subscription transactions incurred via your password.
You must not disclose or share your your unique username or password with anybody or any entity. You must also not store your login information anywhere in which those details could be seen, read or heard by anybody other than employees or representatives of Entelliz Limited. You should always check that the contact information you provide is correct before proceeding to payments. You must notify Entelliz Limited of any changes to your contact details, including your email address.
Due to the electronic and personalised nature of the Services no right of cancellation or refund exists under Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once a service or document has been purchased by you electronically.

Posting questions and comments posted via the Entelliz website reflect User opinions and may not necessarily represent Entelliz’s opinion and should not be associated or portrayed as such. This Forum is intended for the sharing of ideas.
